Pauline Wills is a leading yoga instructor, reflexologist and color practitioner, and the author of bestselling titles, including Chakra Workbook and The Reflexology Manual. Her first introduction to the healing power of color was through yoga, and she pioneered the integration of color therapy with reflexology.
