(born June 29, 1980 in Ljubljana, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Slovenian
biathlete. She has been a member of the Slovenian biathlon team since
2002, having been a cross-country skier before that. Her best result in
the Biathlon World Cup so far is 2nd place in the 15 km Individual race
in the World Championships held in Pyeongchang, Korea during the 2008-09
season. The Biathlon World Cup (BWC) has been held since the winter
seasons of 1977/78 and 1982/83, for men and women, respectively (for
women, the seasons through 1986/87 were called the European Cup,
although participation was not restricted to Europeans).
