Moral issues have always been a topic of concern in most human discussions. The importance of morality to the Yorùbá people of Nigeria cannot be overemphasized. There are disturbing evidences of serious moral decadence in the contemporary Yorùbá society. There is a negative change in the people's attitude towards the observance and preservation of their moral values. This book examines the Yoru ba moral philosophy in the past, present and possibly uses this to determine what the future would likely be. The book advances reasons why the moral state of the Yoru ba society has deteriorated to the present level. It is hoped that this book will go a long way to free the Yoru ba society of 'bad eggs' in terms of moral behavior, this will help the society to advance in the area of moral uprightness. Furthermore, the book will enhance the understanding of the posture of the Yorùbá people vis-à-vis society's moral philosophy. It will promote cultural awareness in the global societies. The book will help to realize why it is very important to resuscitate different kinds of anti-graft bodies which the Federal Government of Nigeria is now embarking on.
