Nachdem das Buch auf Amazon als Serie gestartet ist, wollte ich das Buch natürlich zuerst lesen.Dafür habe ich es mir auf englisch bestellt, was eine Weile gedauert hat. Beim lesen hatte ich irgendwie das Gefühl, das Buch schon einmal gelesen zu haben, kann es mir aber nicht erklären.Vielleicht weil die Story nicht soo kreativ ist.Der Schreibstil ist anders als ich es von Lauren Oliver und der Delirium Triologie kenne, aus der Erzähler Perpsktive.Doch das Besondere ist wahrscheinlich die Stimmung, die die Autorin erzeugt. Fast als wäre man selbst jung und im Sommer in einem kleinen amerikanischen Dorf.
